[Resolved]  Flipkart — Replacement rejected while WS retailer have 30 days replacement on defected product.

Order Id- OD[protected] Product- HTC Desire 820S( Mobile phone) Return ID:[protected] REJECTED Its hanging, touch working itself, problem to unlock mobile, gorilla glass alignment is not correct. I had requested 2 times for return but flipkart rejected both times and told me to take your mobile to htc service center. Today I had a talk with customer care executive Mr. Joslyn and he straight forward told me to take it to htc service center while flikart's WS retailer have policy to replace product within 30 days. I have not spent Rs.16499 for this wrost product. I want replacement of my product with new product immediately.

Why are you people asking me to go htc service centre while you have displayed policy of 30 days replacement during payment.

Why you are not updating my delivery address of my order. Earlier you updated that incorrect address yourself and now not correcting...this is rediculas..never expected this type of service from flipkart. Please do it ASAP so that I can send my courier to your given address for replacement.
