Flipkart — Replacement Request not Getting Approved even after giving DOA

I placed a order for a Laptop on 10/10/2021. Received on 12/10/2021 with a stuck red pixel on screen. Raised the replacement request on 13/10/2021. Waited for 10 days for a technician visit from Asus. Raised a DOA certificate request on my own with Asus. Flipkart played no role in it. According to Flipkart, Technician visit should be done by 27/10/2021. I have got the DOA from Asus after all the necessary tests. The laptop is sealed also. I contacted flipkart and told them that i have the DOA. Now (1)They are not approving the return request even after getting the DOA. (2)They are telling me that the seller can't ship my replacement laptop because he doesn't want me to wait that long for the delivery and as a compensation he will give me ₹2000 gift card on placing another order. That is also fine. But i am still stuck with this faulty laptop and my ₹64000 is stuck with them.

As of Today no Technician (Assigned by Flipkart) has contacted or visited me. They are not doing anything actually. I had to raise a DOA certificate request with Asus, by myself. These Flipkart support executives are just a bunch of shameless newbies. Repeating same statements again and again and actually doing nothing. I have talked ok call with them for around 30-40 times. I even have their voice Recordings in which they are just intentionally prolonging the process and giving fake promises. Everytime they are just asking me to Wait and Wait and Wait. That's it! They have been taught nothing else. When i ask them to connect the call to their superior, they put me on hold and disconnect in 2 minutes.

Till 5th November, he says now! Just prolonging the request. That's all they know.

Another day of Banging their doors. Now they have officially stopped giving me callbacks, replying to my emails, and they just go ahead and mark the issue as resolved, without actually resolving it. Just look at this audacity.

Another week of waiting time. No technician visit scheduled, No Acceptance of acquired DOA. Takes real courage to act so ignorant and shamless. The waiting has been increased to 6th November as per last communication. These guys are not even bothered about resolving the issues. Just prolonging the process as much as possible, even beyond the Promised dates.
