[Incident: IN[protected]] I requested replacement request for two times and I got rejected the request. For two times, they said that no revert from the image. But in my laptop, the right side chasis is not glued well and if i lift the laptop, it pressed so deeply and sounds like pressing button. My family members started blaming on me for ordered laptop in Flipkart and my hope also reduced. I bought this Laptop on Mar 9 for urgent work. But i wasn't able to use it . I already mailed laptop pics and video. Now what can I do far from these? I want you to resolve the problem with in Mar 16. On that day, the replacement period will be ended.I request you for the 3 rd time for replacement. Please approve it and try to solve my problem.
