[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement request rejected twice

I am Harshita Gupta and i have an account on Flipkart.
Recently, i purchased a mobile on 6th December, 2018 from Flipkart and it had some issues with hanging.
So i raised a request for replacement for my product regarding hanging issue.
Everything was sorted. Technician visited.When the delivery man came to deliver my product in the exchange of old one on 15th December, 2018, the old mobile got slipped from his hand and its screen broke. I told him that it was totally his mistake. He didn't give me the new product and told me
to cancel my current request and raise a new one.
He left.
I have two witnesses who saw that the mobile slipped from his hand.
I cancelled my return request and the people from customer care said it would take 24 to 48 hours to update that request.
48 hours have completed.
I called them more than 7-8 times and i also told them that my replacement
policy is valid till 17th December, 2018 so please update that cancellation request ASAP.
I also mailed two times regarding this issue.That's why i had to take this step to mail you personally.
I am frustrated with this problem.
I want my product to be replaced with the new one because it wasn't my mistake that the product got damaged by the delivery man and he also didn't
give me my product. I have also talked to technical and senior faculty of flipkart but nothing has happened yet.
The senior faculty raised a request regarding screen damage on 20th December but it has been rejected.
The replacement request has been rejected two times. I have also attached a screenshot with it.

I have also written an e-mail to the grievance officer and cs head of flipkart.

Flipkart has replaced my product. On 24th December, Flipkart executive raised my return request again regarding the screen damage issue. They talked to the ekart logistics. They already took approval from the seller who had rejected my request twice. When the executive raised my return request, it got approved within one hour and it was shipped on the same day. On 25th, i received new product. Thank you consumer complaint and Flipkart.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
