Flipkart — Replacement scam

Recently I bought a new phone on flipkart worth 45k after using 3 days it display got blank and I requested for replacement and after tech visit it too get approved and after 6 days when the delivery guy from ekart came he refused to pick up my device giving a silly reason that it's display is blank so he is unable to match IMEI whereas the IMEI was mentioned on box and he refused my pickup..absolutely ridiculous why would I ask for replacement if it's display was working ..and after talking to flipkart customer care they are daily giving me new dates absolutely harassement 10 days has gone stil no response
