I ordered asus laptop (OD[protected] from flipkart and got delivered on Feb 23, 2022. There was a heating issue in the laptop and i raised return/replacement request on Feb 26. Technician visited, checked the laptop and confirmed that laptop has heating issue and gave DOA(Dead On Arrival) Certificate on Mar 1, 2022. After that I have been flipkart customer care to move fast on the issue till now but no proper updates yet, In Every call, they are saying 'we will escalate to the concerned team'. But not yet resolved. Replacement Last Date was March 13. When I called customer care, they told to wait till March 18 and after posponed to March 23. Today (March 24), I called and asked about the updates, they are telling to wait till march 29. It has been already a month I raised return request and technician visit got over before 23 days. Customer service is very worst. In my flipkart order details. Technician Visit(Expected by March 12th) is still not updated. I want my money back. Pls do the needful.
