I have purchased the lg fridge on 26th of may 2020 and the product got delivered on 2nd june 2020. I plugged in the product and found that the product has cooling issue. So, i raised the return request on 3rd june 2020. Flipkart has a process as the technician will visit the place and approve the request. As per the process, the technician visited my place and found that there is cooling gas leakage problem. As the product is new and leakage cannot be found i told them to replace the product. The technician also suggested the same thing. So, i thought that the process is done, and the flipkart will deliver the replaced product. But on 5th of june i got a message as your replacement is rejected. The seller cannot replace the product. Flipkart didn't even bothered to confirm the issue resolution from my side so i immediately contacted the customer care and as per them the lg technician has confirmed the issue resolution. I called the technician and found that he has written that the product has cooling problem and customer needs replacement. So, i raised the second replacement request. Now the process started from step 1 and again the technician visit was planned, the technician visited my place on 6th of june and again confirmed the same thing as cooling is due to gas leakage and i will get the replaced product. I called the customer care and asked them to raise a ticket and mention that the return request should not be closed without my confirmation. I insisted to write this line in the ticket and the ticket number mentioning that is [in[protected]]. There was no update about this on the flipkart app so i raised the request to look into it and flipkart again assigned the technician to this ticket. The assigned technician was same as 1st visit (Mobile number of technician +91 [protected]) so he called and ask if this is the same product or different one. I confirmed that this is the same product he has checked. So, he told me that he will update the status properly. After few minutes i got a message as the return request is cancelled. I didn't get the confirmation call even after mentioning to do so. Now when i try to raise the return request again the policy says that return policy is valid till fri, june 12. So, this is just a tact to waste the time and consume the return period span. I had raised this return period issue as well with the flipkart over a call and they told me that this return time is not valid unless i don't accept the resolution. [ticket number in[protected]] but this is not the case as per attached screenshot which clearly mentions that the return is only valid till 12th of june. Also, when i try to return the product it says that "something went wrong please try again". I tried with multiple devices and the issue is same.
So now the defective product is lying at my place even after paying full amount and i can’t do anything with it.
