[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement/refund not provided since 4 months now

Hi Sir, Ma'am,

I had ordered Acer 21.5 inch Full HD IPS Panel Monitor worth Rs. 9129 from Flipkart which was delivered to me on Sat, Feb 2nd '19 However since the Monitor had dead pixels on the display i had requested a return for the same on Feb 03, 2019 for which i received an email from Flipkart stating that your return request has been accepted by the seller. But after this my return was cancelled from their side. I called the flipkart service center and they informed me that there is some problem from the logistics department and that they are again creating a return request for me but even the second time also i received a message that my request has been cancelled after waiting for 3 days. I again called them and got the exact same reply from them like above and they again created the return request which also got cancelled. This went on for 2 to 3 months, the return used to get cancelled every time and i had called them so many times that i have left count. I even spoke with their supervisors so many times but they always failed to provide a resolution. Then one time one of their customer care supervisor advised me to write a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com which i did and got a reply from a guy named Anand Jha. He assured me that he will look into the matter personally and will make sure that this time i get my return. He asked me to wait for 48 hrs, i waited and received a call from him after 48 hrs with no resolution and told me he is still investigating the matter and that he still needs 24hrs. This went on for around 4 to 5 times and i had emailed him multiple times. I told him if they can't solve the problem with their courier department even after 3 months then provide me Refund but he always denied that. He always told me that he is investigating the matter with the seller.

Now it has been almost a month now since he last called me, even worse no one from [protected]@flipkart.com is replying to my mails now. This has costed me alot of time and effort let alone mental agony. I'm writing here as my last resort to help me get my refund back. What is shameful and highly unprofessional from Flipkart is they blocked my Flipkart login Id due to high number of returns! These returns were cancelled from their end only. They are making a complete mockery out of their customers.

I want Flipkart to take the faulty product back and provide me a Refund.
