[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement/refund rejected by flipkart

Hi Team,
I have purchased a Moto E4 Plus from Flipkart on 13th July 2017.
It was not working properly, typing issue. Then I have requested for refund. After the successful visit of technician for the confirmation of fault, I have received a replacement on 27th July 2017. This replaced phone was suddenly stopped working on 28th July 2017. It had gone on dead state and was not getting on. Then I again requested for replacement. Then technician has visited on 1st August 2017. He checked the phone and found that phone was not getting on. It was dead. He has accepted the issue and written down the issue. I have also taken a photograph of the acknowledgement of the remark given by technician.
Then on the next day when I called the Flipkart customer care, they said that I will receive update by 5th August 2017. I did not receive any update. Then I again called customer care and they said that they have some issue in server I will receive the update by 11th August 2017. I also received an email from flipkart saying that I will receive the update by 11th August 2017.
But I did not receive any update. Then again they have sent an SMS saying that I will receive update by 20th August 2017.
And on 20th August, they sent an SMS and email saying that my replacement/refund has been rejected.
As discussed with the customer care representative, I had also shared the acknowledgement of technician visit with flipkart on email.
But they are not accepting my replacement/refund.
