This is regarding the purchase of dslr d3300 nikon camera.

I purchased a nikon d3300 camera on 21st aug 2017 9.34 pm using my union bank credit card and i cancelled the order on 22nd of aug'17 as i no longer need the product. When approached flipkart regarding my refund they said it's already processed and they asked me to contact union bank. When i contact my bank they said on 21st your account was debited with amount rs.24999 but the amount was not approved by flipkart hence it was pending at the intermediary. And on 18th of sep flipkart approved the amount and hence it got credited to flipkart account and it got reflected in my credit card statement too. I have checked with the bank and confirmed that the amount was not on their side and it's in flipkart's account. I have attached the bank statement and approval no for your reference. Please find the attachement.
I was in touch with your customer care executive for the past 50 days but no proper response and they disconnect the call frequently and no proper follow up.
I request you to solve the issue immediately. Don't let me take flipkart to court regarding this. I expect a positive response from your side at the earliest.
