Flipkart — Request for clarification on Blocked account

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my Flipkart account (Account ID [protected] Email: [ [protected]@gmail.com ]). Recently, I discovered that my account has been blocked without any prior notice or clear explanation. I have always adhered to Flipkart's terms and conditions and maintained a positive purchasing and selling experience on the platform. This sudden action has caused me great inconvenience, and I am unable to access my account, view my order history, or make any new purchases. and also have almost 1800 rs in flipkart wallet I kindly request you to provide clarification on the reasons behind the blockage of my account. If there has been any mistake or misunderstanding, I would appreciate any assistance in rectifying the situation and restoring access to my account
