[Resolved] Flipkart — Request for issuance of duplicate invoice pending | |||||
I had registered a request with flipkart on 5th October, 2016 bearing the incident no. IN[protected] and I was told that it would be resolved within 24 hours but it has not been resolved yet. I had asked for the issue of a duplicate INVOICE of a purchase I had made on flipkart on 4th November, 2015. I want the duplicate INVOICE because I have lost the original one and I need it to send the product for servicing purpose It would be very helpful if the issue is resolved ASAP as the servicing warranty is only for a limited period and I need to avail it. Oct 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint has been resolved. They have sent me a copy of the invoice I was seeking.
