[Resolved] Flipkart — Request for product replacement but got refund | |||
Hi. We placed an order on flip kart for Asus Zenfone 2. The order I'd is OD[protected]. We receive the product and after using for few days we found some network related issues. We contacted flip kart and a smart check was performed. It was identified that there's some problem with the aim card tray and we asked for product replacement. Today i.e 25th Feb 16 the product has been picked up and we got a message that refund has been initiated. Why refund was initiated when we asked for product replacement. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 26, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the product was defective so he had asked for the replacement but the refund has been given to him as customer was stating that he wants the order in the same offer price so informed to customer that we would not be able to provide the order in the same offer.Customer said he will go to legal.
So we are closing the case from our end.
