My name is sagar pawar. I had ordered Toby Rideons & Wagons Non battery operated Ride on ( Blue ) but it getting delayed to deliver and when I got the order the product was different ( I have attached the photos of both the product's what I ordered and what I received). Then I returned the order but after that I decided to change the refund amount mode means I want that amount to be refunded in my credit card only. Then I took help from your executive for change the refund mode and he asked me to first cancel your return order then initiate fresh order and I done same thing. But when I was trying to return my order your system was not allowed to do that.
Then I again contacted with your customer care executive they told me you can't return your order you only get replacement then I told him if I will get right product as replacement then I ok with it. Again I got mail from your team on 12th Nov 2023 that my replacement order has been cancelled however your executive told me that you will get your product replacement. Today when I see the my order status then only I know about my order replacement cancellation.
Sorry to say that but this is very bad experience which I got with this order. I need my money back or else I want replacement of product with correct product. You can find all order history and how I got harrased with all these things.
