I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact, I ordered many products for me and my family and friends. In the month of October 2021, I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine which I got was different on size from the mentioned details. I have requested the return request but they rejected it without mentioning the reason for rejection. I again raised the request and the result is same. The same repeated for many times. Finally, after some time when I tried to login into my account it is showing it as blocked. I contacted the customer care but I received the mail as follows
“We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”
Since then, I have been trying to reach flipkart to get my account unblocked. But, no response from the flipkart. So now I request to please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account.
