[Resolved] Flipkart — Requested for refund but the flipkart executive not calling for approval | |||||
I received my product on 7th july 2017 and requested for refund within 3 hours of delivery as the product is not compatible to my laptop. I received a message that i will get call from flipkart executive for refund approval by 8th july 2.30pm. Then on 8th july i didn't get any call but received a message say i will get a call on 9th july as previous call expired. I want the process to be carried as soon as possible as i am travelling of the city soon. This also i have mentioned to flipkart customer care but their answer was we can't help you in this case. Found the wallet was not in activated state, informed her to activate the Wallet. Customer stated that she will inform her son and if in case of any doubt will revert. Mail have been sent with details, if in case customer has any query they can revert
