[Resolved] Flipkart — requisite book himalayan blunder not delivered instead another book psychology for the armed services delivered

Dear sir,
One book "himalayan blunder" written by brig dalvi was ordered through flip card. One book was delivered by the flip card on cash payment rs. 640/- to our care taker smt t mondal at that time i was out of station. I returned on 18.05.19. After that i opened the package surprisingly it is seen one another book psychology for the armed services was delivered. It is utter surprise for me that such type of carelessness of reputed company like flip card. Kindly do the needful at the earliest to change the book and delivered my requisite book "himalayan blunder".

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on May 05, 2019, as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
