Flipkart — Respected Flipkart Please stop harassing me... at least after the 10+ times...

I have ordered a LED TV on 16th August 2015, Order Id. being OD[protected]. I received the item on 18th August as informed. Installation was done on 20th August (So far so good). After the instillation I discovered that the product was a faulty one as the remote control was not working. I raised a request for replacement on 20th August... and then the saga of harassment started. I was promised that the replacement will happen on 23rd August (Sunday) by 6 pm. I cancelled my programs and waited, but nobody turned up. I called Flipkart at 7 pm to check what has happened and I was committed a new delivery timeline of 25th August (Tuesday) by 2 pm. So I had to take a leave from office on 25th expecting the item delivery. No body turned up again. I even thought of giving a wake-up call to Flipkart by 1 pm; and I got the information that Flipkart has failed to keep their promise again and I got a new delivery timeline of 26th August (Wednesday). Awesome... And Flipkart consistently failed this time too although I waited taking another leave (loss of pay) from office. So many phone call later I got the replaced item on 30th August (Return ID:[protected]. Key highlights of this episodes of events - One of the floor manager said me that the system used in Flipkart is erroneous as it is conveying wrong information (delivery timelines) to the customers. Great Job sir ... I really didn't know that. I was also promised a compensation, but Flipkart never bothered to call me or do even a bit for the compensation processing. Flipkart ran away after giving me 2 days loss of pay, hell lot of fake commitments and huge amount of psychological stress. This time also Flipkart amazed as the product appeared faulty again (HDMI Ports are not working). Bask to square one. I raised a return request on 3 days back (Return ID:[protected] and I was committed a delivery timeline of yesterday by 6 pm. And, maintaining their consistency, they failed this time too, after multiple confirmation calls from your the technical team of Flipkart and notification texts (which I have already been conveyed to be faulty). Applause Sir !!! And another loss of pay for me. Now Sir, please tell me what should I do ????? How should I rectify my blunder of purchasing the item from Flipkart ??? I haven't posted any kind of complaints against Flipkart so far because I have been a loyal customer, a satisfied customer, and because of the faith I used to have for Flipkart. I seriously urge you to go through all the calls I had with your Associates, Executives, Floor Managers, Compensation Team, Compliance Team, Technical Team, and whoever else, to understand if a single bit of whatever I said is crooked. May be again you are going to fail in resolving this, and land me up in another trouble but still requesting... Please Sir ... Please resolve this... bring an end to this.
