[Resolved] Flipkart — return a wrong thing instead of my order

Respected sir/madam,
I, supriya acharjee have ordered pixelfox solid metallic red silver ballons on 12th nov, 2017. There was a delivery date 18th nov. Bt it was delivered on 23 rd nov. That was no issues, but instead of the balloons i have received puzzle cube. I have already complaint... Gunjan singh told me that i will got my orders within 27th nov. Unfortunately it was not happened nd 2nd ly aman sharma told who ever will contact me within 24 hrs from yesterday. It was also not happened. Kindly i want to take a drastic step.
