I have received a wrong model of the watch. Its not the same as I ordered. I have placed a return request within my return period but Flipkart is continuously failing to pickup the product and cancels the pickup at the pickup deadline without prior notification. I complain again and they promise a future pickup date but the cycle repeats such that return period has already ended and now I can't place a return request by myself. Flipkart places a return request by themselves but again they don't pickup my product and cancel it.
I shop from many online sites and it is evident that there will be issues. Myntra and amazon issues has been resolved but Flipkart issue remains. Customer care is not able to provide immediate resolution and the case manager also doesn't follow up with me.
Providing me with another pickup date is not the solution i am looking for, because they will fall again and keep on harrasing me. I want Flipkart to provide me full refund and they can pick the item up whenever they wish to. Was this information helpful? |
