I brought a Mosquito Killer Machine from Flipkart for rupees 435 and it has been delivered on 27th April, 2021. I used the product for 2 days and found the product does not solve its purpose of trapping & killing mosquitoes. I requested for return of the product and refund the money on 30th April, 2021. The request was accepted by Flipkart and scheduled pick up of the product by 17thMay, 2021. Whilst, I was waiting for the pick up and eventually the refund to my payment mode. Unfortunately without notification the return cancelled and also the refund on 11th May, 2021. There was no call notification, no text message and no email shared before or after the cancellation. As the expected pick date passed and no one came for the pick I did check my flipkart account on 22nd May, 2021 found the shocking response that it has been cancelled. tried Chat bot option for resolution, the result were useless. Contacting customer care again and again recited the same poem that it was rejected by the Vendor saying the issue highlighted can't be enough to return as per their return policy. I didn't get answer then why Flipkart accepted the return request and scheduled pick up. The experience was devastating during a call with the customer service executive wherein he was only highlighting why did I come back so late not on 11th May, 2021 when it was cancelled by Flipkart. Flipkart notifies the advertisement and other digital marketing regularly why not the cancellation before initiation notified to me.
Expecting a quicker resolution on the issue by picking up the product and refund of money. Product is kept in same condition as delivered by the agent and with all accessories. Attaching the product pick up request shared by Flipkart, Refund Cancelled State, Cancelled Request with product order ID.
