I have received the order of an item (Trio t3 plus mobile) from flipkart
With an order id : od[protected]
Amount paid rs 1007 /- as cod
Order cash on delivery
With my flipkart account registered mobile no: [protected]
In the name of rupendra /anil
But i want to return this item due to not reaching my requirements, so then iam trying to send return request for refund to flipkart customer care centre, they told me that its not possible to refund for mobile purchases in flipkart..
They are telling like its only possible to replacement but not refund. So please let them process my refund because i didnt need the shipped item.
