My name is kirti, halhi me mene mobile purchase kiya but usme problem k karn or product proper work nhi kr rha tha or sealed open product mere pass send hua to mene return request raise ki or mene pehle replace ka kha but customer service ne kha seller ki traf se hum only refund kr sakte h to mene kha pehle hi mujhe bhut problem face krni padh rhi h h to ap mobile replace kr dijiye taki mera time west na ho to customer service wale ne kha ki hum Apka product ki return request hum cancel kr rhe h taki apke order id pr replace ka option show ho or mujhe 24hours wait krne ko kha mene wait bhi kiya or yha tk mene survice center pr bhi shi krane k liye diya survice center walo ne software issue bta kr or software update kr rhe h kha or fir mujhe lota diya mobile but mobile tb bhi thik ni whi same problem ho rhi thi to mene fir se return request raise ki ek technician ki visit already ho chuki thi unhone bhi kuch resolve ni kiya or galat update kr diya ki issue resolve ho gya or technician ne bhi yhi kha ki mene aage k liye proceeds kr diya h aaj dusri baar fir sr technician visit krayi gyi one week se yhi ho rha h aaj jo technician aaye unka name amit kumaar tha ekart se aaye the unhone to mujhse jhut tk kha unhone mera mobile liya khuch photo click ki mere mobile ki or mujhe kha ki apka refund aa jayega but unke jane k baad hi mere pass msg aaya ki sorry apka product return nhi hoga issue resolve ho gya h issliye jbki technician ne mobile ko thik kiya hi ni only photo click ki or jhut kha me ekart technician amit kumaar or flipkart k customer service pr complain krna chahti hu jo inhone mera time west kiya or jo mentally torchure kiya h uske liye me complain krna chahti hu please help me please mujhe mera pese refund dilane ap meri help kijiye 134999rs koi chota amount nhi h my order id isOrder ID - OD[protected]
