[Resolved] Flipkart — return and refund of product | |
I have ordered an acer monitor on 14th of september. But it is not as per specifications. So i retunred it. They said it will be picked up on 18th sep and amount will be refunded by 19th of september. But no one came to pick up and flipkart shifted the pick up date to 27th of september. So i waited till that day but they didnt picked it up. So i made a complaint on their customer care and they said it will done by 2nd oct. On that day also nothing happened and i made a complaint again. Then they shifted it to 14th october. So i waited till that day. But they again fooled me. They are not picking up the product and not giving the refund also.
