I have bought a router from Flipkart which has been delivered on 2nd Jan 2015.The order no. is OD[protected] . The issue is, the router I bought is not satisfying my requirements. So, I decided to return it. But the company is saying that we can't return or exchange this product because this product don't come under return policy. However it is clearly mentioned, that the company gives easy returns. They have mentioned some exceptions but the product I bought doesn't come under those categories. I have tried two times for returning the item but they rejected. They say that we can only replace it but we can't exchange or return. Even they have not mentioned anywhere 'No exchange No return' for the product. The only thing they mentioned is "30 days replacement guarantee" but it doesn't mean that they will not return or exchange the particular item.
