[Resolved]  Flipkart — Return canceled twice

My Order # OD[protected], i Bought shoes from Flipkart, Reseller name WS Retail, Shoes did not fit me well. I received the order on 25th June and I tried to return the produce within specified time limit of 30 days. However they keep canceling the request. without giving any reason. Please help

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and it was not reachable. So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number and convenient time for assistance.
