[Resolved]  Flipkart — return is picked up but refund is cancelled

I have raised 2 return request at the same time, both were for a bedsheet. Next day Wishmaster has come and asked me to give the product as per return request. I asked him to confirm whether it's for one item or two. He replied- Sir it's for 2 items so I handed over him both the item. Generally, I don't keep eye on it once it's picked up successfully because till now always I got a refund accurately except this time. Next month my Flipkart pay later statement generated and what do I see that I have been charged for the product I had returned earlier so to cross-check once, I have open my order history and it was showing your refund is canceled. I was totally shocked and started looking for help section in the app and requested to call me back by Flipkart customer care service.

After 7 days of discussion, they told that the product has not been returned by you, you only returned one product as we confirmed from a delivery partner so we can't do anything here. After so much argument found that I am the victim of their mismanagement.

It was during sale season so I have a gut feeling that they might have lost in between (mostly by the Wishmaster).

As I wasn't provided any acknowledgment while picking up so because of so and so the reason I can't prove my point.

The only lesson here for me and everyone please ask for acknowledgment slip etc so we can avoid in future.

This time amount was less Rs 409 so doesn't have much impact but very bad experience and disappointed. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM BIG GIANT LIKE FLIPKART. THERE BUSINESS MODEL HAS FLAWS AND THEY WANT CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THAT.

Please help me here still you think I can do anything.
