Flipkart — Return not accepted by flipkart and cancelled by them

Hello,
With due respect I want to tell you that I ordered a mixer grinder of "Flipkart Smartbuy Classico Powerchef 500W" and it got delivered on 11 January 2024. But due to some reason it was found to be defected along with that, the tax invoice which is present on the delivery box it was of different company not of Flipkart Smartbuy. So, I thought to replace it on 14 January 2024. But the return request was cancelled by Flipkart and from the seller end. I tried to return it again and again but nothing happened they continued to cancel my return request.
Kindly, I request you to take strict action against them so that no one can face these type of issues anymore.
