Hi am shreyashi, i order a purse to flip kart, when i got purse, it doesn't have any brand tag under it, and also i don't like the product, so i put a return request, the request was excepted but when the delivery boy came he couldn't take it because of not tag availability, so i also talked to flip kart customer care, they also not taking my request, they said we cant help in this matter.
