I bought moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart and the product was defective (Video calling issue). I have raised replacement request and talked with flipkart customer support. I made clear that if the replaced product also had quality issues then i need refund. Customer support person (Female executive) told that i will get refund in case of defective replaced product. I got replacement and the new product is also having quality issues (Ear phones portal defective and video calling issue). I have made refund request immediately. Now flipkart is not accepting the return request and suggesting me to go to service center and resolve the issue on my own. I have paid 9999 rupees to get the defective product and also i have to roam around service centre to get the issue resolved by keeping my priorities aside. I am expecting refund from flipkart and why would i waste my time at service center with defective product.
