Firstly, I have been attempting to initiate a return for this order for over 20 days now, and despite multiple attempts, my return request has not been approved. I have submitted return requests a total of five times, and it is incredibly frustrating that my request has not been processed. This delay in return approval is causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

Furthermore, I am yet to receive the Gift Card PIN via email, as promised during the purchase. The confirmation stated that I should expect to receive the Gift Card PIN within 24 hours, but it has been far longer, and I have not received any communication or email regarding this matter.

I have been a loyal Flipkart customer for a long time, and this experience has greatly disappointed me. I believe in your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope that this issue will be resolved promptly.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to:

Approve my return request for Order.
Expedite the delivery of the Gift Card PIN to my email address associated with this order.
I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter as I need the funds returned for the return request and the Gift Card PIN for future purchases. Please provide me with an update on the status of this complaint as soon as possible.
