I ordered Wildcraft Small Cabin & Check-in Set (55 cm) - Onyx - Maroon trolley bag from flipkart on July 30 2023. I received the order on 1st August 2023. Order ID: OD[protected]
Since the bag was not durable and looked like poor quality issues with handle, I submitted a return request on the same day, i.e on 1st August 2023.
My return request and refund was approved by seller and on 2nd, 3rd and 4th August, I received SMS from "Delhivery" stating my order would be picked up, but at the end of the day, they update the status in the Delhivery online status falsely saying "Customer is Unreachable", even though I was available 24/7 at the pickup location. Nobody tried to contact me. The AWB reference number for Delhivery pickup is[protected].
I contacted Flipkart 5 times. Each time talking with a different customer executive, who "promised" to escalate this issue and resolve it. Ï even talked to a person supposedly from escalation team. However, after I disconnect the call, the Flipkart team has no accountability and they close the ticket saying "Courier "couldn't reach you. Please create a new return request.
I also contacted "Delhivery" support Executives 3 times to get the status of my pickup and they didn't help. Even though they promised pickup by 4th August multiple times, nobody came to pick up.
It's been mental torture dealing with the lies and fraudulent behavior of FLIPKART customer service executives. I wish to get a refund of Rs 2, 299 immediately. It's not really my job to ensure the defective order is picked up immediately. Was this information helpful? |
