[Resolved]  Flipkart — return not picked up

I ordered a PUMA T-shirt which was delivered on 13th December. It didn't meet the specifications and I raised a return request which was approved on 15th December. Wishmaster was to pick it up by 18th December but no one has reached out to me till now. Through Flipkart chat option, customer executive Mr. Navjot updated me that Wishmaster informed that I like the product so would keep it. This was totally incorrect information as he did not call/came for pickup. He assured that the issue is escalated and team would reach to me by 26th.
Another customer executive on chat Mr. Sanjeet informed that the seller has cancelled your return request due to some unforeseen issue. He told me to wait and I can again place the request after 48 hours (which would have been 26th ). Now, it is 26th and I still do not see return tab available on website for the product.
So, today I called customer care and the lady informed me that she can see the wishmaster updated that customer doesn't want to return the product now. She has escalated the issue with the concerned team and someone would reach out to me within 2 days. Basically, the same story with no resolution even after more than 7 days.
I want immediate refund.
