[Resolved] Flipkart — return of a product | |||||
I recently purchased a weight machine from flipkart. I opened the package and saw the machine was not working. And therefore arranged for it to be returned the very same day on 16th july. They said the package would be picked up on monday but it never was. After that i contacted them a week later. This time they apologized and said they would have it picked up by the 28th of july but haven't done so as of yet. Please bring it to their attention immediately.
