Sir,
i have purchased one LYF FLAME(Black, 8GB)from your website having order ID-OD[protected] and date of delivery is[protected] but the phone has certain defects which showed up at the moment when i first started to use the phone.when for the first time i tried to download an app it started to hang and ultimately it blacked out.Since the phone is totally defective i request you to take away the defective set from the delivery adress and credit the billing amount to my card as early as possible
