On (15/11/2021) i have ordered a Adidas shoes which is grey in colour but mistakenly or what i have received different colour or different product of same brand adidas, i want to return the shoes and want grey shoes of Adidas but they have sent an email to me and asking for my aadhar or pan which is completely irrelevant, in return policy they have not mentioned as such, and this is also my breach for privacy
I want to return my shoes without submitting aadhar nor pan card
Date of incident — purchased online (15/11/2021) received (19/11/2021)
I want that
1) flipkart tell me on which basis they forcefully asking me for my id card only that that i have asked to return my order!!??
2) return my order without submitting my personal document
This is an mental torture for me i am a prime member of flipkart and done lakhs rupees of shopping previously.
