***FLIPKART IS DOING FRAUD TO THE CUSTOMER***

As per my complaint, there is no satisfactorily solution given by your hand. The complaint was to give me back my wallet balance rather than to unnlock my account. This statement is already given that my account is now permenantly blocked but what about my wallet balance?
EVERYTIME CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE GIVES A NEXT DATE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT AND SAYS THAT WE HAVE RAISE YOUR COMPLAINT.

And Mobile Number: [protected] (This number's service has been dropped since more than 10 years and now flipkart is asking me to do calls by this number. It is totally to outweigh from my actual complaint.)
The date to resolve the complaint was 1st August 2022, after so many commitments by customer assistance. Now, the date is given is 4th august, 2022. But what about the commitment given by you to resolve the issue on or before 1st august, 2022? It seems that flipkart is truly a fraud company.
I need my wallet balance urgently whitin 24 hours of my mail. If fails, I will take further action against you.
Another, I have sent a scan copy of Adharcard as an ID Proof after your call, If in future, there is any fraud occurs by misuse of my ID Proof, FLIPKART will be only responsible for the same.
Do it on urgent basis and solve my issue.
