Dear Sir,
I have received above order on 01.08.2022 containing curtains in name of Panipat Textile Hub... Length of curtains was short at my place, so i requested for return of the product on 02.08.2022. Return request was cancelled at your end on 03.08.2022. Customer care officials advised that return request was cancelled due to some technical reason; you may place a fresh request. I again requested for return on 06.08.2022.
Surprisingly again return was cancelled on 09.08.2022 at 7:17 PM & no pick was arranged by the flipkart. On contacting to customer care on 10.08.2022 at 11:00 AM, now they are asking that seller return policy for the said product is over. I am very shocked on that. Despite repetitive requests of return, no pick up has arranged by the flipkart and on the last day, they are saying that return policy is over. This is the cheating with the buyers. I request you to please arrange the return of above product, otherwise i will be forced to approach consumer forum for making complaint against the flipkart.
