[Resolved] Flipkart — return of product sofa cum bed

I have ordered a sofa cum bed from flipkart and prepaid the whole amount 8856, but the product which was sent to me was defective therefore i initiated the return for which company has picked up the product but not updated in the flipkart app. Also they said that item can't be returned it can only be replaced but the product which was shown in picture is way too different from the real product therefore i decided that i don't want the product anymore but flipkart customer care says that they cannot initiate return and i have to take the replacement of product, which i don't want. I want my money back. I have submitted a complaint against this in national consumer helpline also, complaint no:- 1208543.

Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (28 Mar 19). However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
