Flipkart — Return Or replacement of item

My name is bipin... I book poco c3 mobile by order no. OD[protected].. When I received product.. Product was damage... Then I raise replacement request.. But i was rejected. Then I raise return request by id.[protected] but it was also rejected.. Again I again rais return request by id[protected]..again it was rejected... Custmor care also don't know about reason of rejection... Very poor response from flip card that i never expect.. Kindly suggest what should I do
