Address:no 10 Unique Apartment first floor Austin Town bangalore -47

Placed a return request for my termal +1more item with tracking id fmpc[protected] on 15th july the same dayi received it due to wrong size and since then i have sent request for pick up 5 times but no action taken till now nor any updates.
