I ordered a ladies kurta from Flipkart (Seller: Kridha lmpex) worth Rs. 402 on 19th June (order number OD[protected], and placed a return according to seller policy on 24th June. On 25th June the Ekart delivery executive picked up the item from my door between 5:45pm to 6:00pm. He checked the item and took it with him. Around 8pm same day I get the message from Ekart that pick-up is rejected. They took the item with them, then cancelled the pickup. I have raised this issue with Flipkart customer support several times, but they close my request every time by giving the same reason, that pick-up could not be completed as smart checks failed. They have not called me back once to even try to resolve my query. If the checks failed then why did their executive take the item with him? Why wasn't the item returned to me? Why did they send the message saying pickup cancelled more than 2 hours after the guy actually picked up the item? They made a mistake somewhere and are evading my questions and any attempt to rectify this or even look deeper into the issue, and give me the same copied answer every time I raise a support request. Please help me get my money back. I am attaching the product invoice as well as the message received from Ekart before and after the pickup. They took the item with them, then cancelled the pickup and now won't provide the refund. Please help me get the refund. Thank you.
