[Resolved] Flipkart — Return pickup issue | |
I have bought a bluetooth headphone named soundcore life q10 from flipkart delivered on 28.5.2020 and after using it for 3 days i come to experience the sound output was not upto the mark and also weighed heavier than normal to rest around the neck followed by i have requested the customer support team to help me out in this issue to return the product and kindly provide refund on the same. Initially they were refused to accept the return and also talked to me in irrespective manner and cancelled the return on my product, after sometimes i got a message from them regarding the acceptance of return and full refund for the product after pick up on 01.06.2020. But no wishmaster has come for the return pick up and i called them back again where they assured me that it ll be resolved by 04.06.2020 and today is 04.06.2020 and i don't get any message or call from wishmaster and when i enquired about it to the customer care, they again realloted a date for pick up on 06.06.2020. Now i am receiving a message where i ll receive an update on return pick up on 08.06.2020. Totally disappointed with the service from flipkart. I am not sure when will the return do really happen followed by refund.

Jun 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart has arranged for a return pick up by June 06th and so I was able to contact the wishmaster and he is on the way to collect the product.Thank you@consumercomplaints.
