[Resolved]  Flipkart — Return Pickup taken by executive and refund not initiated

Hi team,

This is bhavna writing here. I ordered royal view top pant co-ord set on saturday 3rd feb 2024. I received the order on 6th feb. I tried but the dress was not looking good suit on me so i raised the return request 1days after the delivery. On friday one delivery executive came for pickup but unfortunately my baby didnt gave and i asked the executive to cancel the return request after which i raised the return request again and one of the delivery exceutive on saturday i. E. 10th feb came to pickup the parcel. The parcel was picked up by us and till date no return has been issued and moreover 2 delivery executive came for same product pickup after that.

Kindly look into the matter and give me my refund back. I dont know the order has been taken where by the executive and my return request is applicable till 16th feb only.

I was called up by Ms Tabbusam from Flipkart who helped me genuinely with patience . The seller also agreed to refund the amount via gift card on flipkart. Thankyou !!

My complaint is resolved by the flipkart executive Ms. Tabbusam ... she was in touch with me during this tough period. I have been provided with the gift card of the similar amount i spended on purchasing the product. And the seller was also genuine who agreed to the T&C .

Hi i am receiving call from a number [protected] who is MR. Pramod from flipkart consumer asking my account details for refund.
If refund has to be initiated then do it on the original payment mode as always the flipkart does.

After waiting for a day more yesterday evening i received a call again from number +[protected] where female flipkart executive had a word with me saying that logistics department is saying that order has not been received . And its consumer fault as i have not returned the parcel . If i did not wanted to return then why would i have initated the return pickup request.
Its an online scam role played by the executives . They knew the conditions and took advantage . It fairly means that this practice is running not with me but many of them might be the survivors .
