[Resolved] Flipkart — return policy | |||
I have ordered an fassured product from flipkart which came to me without brand box. I did not like the product and i raised return request. Ekart person who came to collect that product rejected telling it is not having brand box. And flipkart customer support executives are not able to provide solution for this and they are not ready to accept the product back. Why customer needs to suffer because of some meaningless policy Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the pick up of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the courier service provider shall not pick up the product without the brand box. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
