[Resolved] Flipkart — return policy denied | |||
15th nov i received ivoomi i2 lite from flipkart. 19th i request for replacement for bad ear speaker, broken display and melted frame due to heat during charge. Flipkart arrange false technician visit who never came. Now it is more than 10 days. Flipkart asking me to go service center which is near 50 kms far from my place, flipkart told they can't do anything. Now if i have to go service centre then why should i buy online?? And flipkart was not responding during this 10 days policy positively. They each time told we are processing. After 10 days they are telling about return policy which is only applicable within 10 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
