I ordered a small travel bag from Flipkart. The product which came was of a complete different colour though it was supposed to be black and had a very bad fabric. I raised a request to return the product but it got cancelled by ekart agent. I called the customer care and they raised another request but it got cancelled everytime. This went on loop for 8 times. [IMAGINE THE FRUSTATION].
The customer service dept is useless as they don't provide any resolution. It's a complete harassment for a customer. They keep saying we can't do anything we can only raise a request again. Now the return policy has also expired and the csr dept cut my call because they don't have any resolution.
ATTACHED BELOW IS A SS FOR THE NUMBER OF TIMES I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST.
