Flipkart — Return Product OD[protected] picked up but did not recieve refund and product is also not with me

This is regarding order OD[protected]. I am following up with customer support since a long time but I have not received any solution. My product is picked up on 2nd april and got message from ekart that product is mismatched so return has been cancelled but there was no update on the app regarding pick up successful or failure till 3 days. so, I connected to customer support daily twice, but the response was same that it has not been updated on app don't worry return won't be canceled there might be some technical issue but ultimately the return got cancelled.
I am following up daily to customer care since a month but i have not been updated anything about issue. on April 15, I contacted customer support Named RITU about the resolution as I was asked to wait till 15th April but the representative told me that it is showing my issue is resolved. she informed that it is mentioned that courier partner has confirmed that product has not been picked up.

I myself checked while returning the product in whismaster flipkart app the watch was showing and he checked everything and then took the product. if he has not picked up product then why would I get message from ekart that product return is rejected as product is mismatched how can there be mismatch if product is not picked up?

there is no update after that I want to know what all actions has been taken till now to resolve the issue. I am flip kart plus customer since more than 5 years that's the type of customer support you guys are providing. whenever I call customer care. they just Strech the dates that your issue had been escalated you will get the resolution after 48 hours but it has already passed 15 days I am not getting any resolution

please help and provide solution asap . I have literally been mentally harassed by flipkart support. I am calling twice daily and explaining each customer representative same issue but getting no solution. I will file issue in consumer court if you guys are not providing any solution.
