I had purchased a product with Order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart on December 11, 2021 which was a "Caprese Women Beige Satchel". I made payment against the order online through UPI linked Payment on the same day when order was placed. The Consignment was delivered to me on December 13, 2021. As I opened the product, the quality of the product was not satisfactory and I requested return as per return policy of the Flipkart on December 15, 2021. The pickup was scheduled on December 16, 2021 before 09.00 PM and refund was supposed to be done after two working days. However on December 16, 2021 I received a text stating “Pickup Rescheduled” and the same would be picked up next day i.e., on December 17, 2021. Next day also pickup was rescheduled and kept rescheduling everyday. I raised a complaint against it on the App and also with regard to this spoke to Customer Executive, who assured that the product would be picked up on December 19, 2021. However it did not happen, thereafter I have been continuously raising ticket against this issue and I have been getting assurance from Customer care Support team (Mr. Prabhakar Savkar, Mr. Arbaaz Khan and others) that the product would be picked up by December 20, 2021 before 07.00 AM and issue will be resolved by December 21, 2021. But till today the product is not picked up and I am not able to get refund for the amount paid against the order in my account. All my efforts went in vain and I am left with no option but to write to you.
