I have placed grocery order from your Flipkart portal on 7th october, 2023.My order estimation delivery date is 10th oct 2023.However, flipkart logistics team delayed for delivery my grocery order and delivered on 16th October, 2023.During this order delivery found around 45% items missing.Firstly, I didn't accept this delivery but delivery person say that sir your refund Wil be reach within 72hrs. So you don't have to worry about that.
Even this delivery person not come my door because I haven't received his call 1st time. So, I have to come nearby point because his delivery van enrouted. That is OK. I understand this fact even reach this point and collect my order.
Once delivery person leave my from location then I have check flipkart apps there see no items marked as refund/return. Then again this call virtual numbers ask your representative I don't see any update from Flipkart apps side. This person saying that sir everything will be show within 72hrs. Somehow I haven't familiar missing items process then contact your customer service representative. Then they arrange missing items refund but that is not complete for all missing items. It's success only for partials missing items. So again tried to contact your customer representative tell them but they said sir you have to wait for 19th oct and mean time backend might be contact you.
Next day, morning I got email regarding missing items claim rejection and my flipkart account blocked.
Genuinely raised my claimed wherever claim is not process successfully and other side throughout from Flipkart portal.
